We believe that in order to create meaningful change, it is important that the process be led by the residents themselves. In order to create young leaders and provide them with the necessary leadership tools, we implement a Young counselor program, together with the Branch for Social Activity and Youth of the Jerusalem Municipality. The program is run in a youth movement format and seeks to transform the participants into the next generation of counselors, who will have the ability to influence and shape the reality in the neighborhood.

The program takes place once a week in all the neighborhoods in which we operate and in addition organizes field trips during vacations for all of the youth that take part in the Young Counselors movement.
